Whistleblower portal

As an employee of the Danish Geodata Agency, as a partner to the agency, or as an employee of a partner, you can submit information about questionable matters to the Danish Geodata Agency’s whistleblower portal.

For example, you can report criminal offences, serious or repeated violations of legislation, administrative law principles, or significant internal guidelines in the Danish Geodata Agency, serious interpersonal conflicts in the workplace such as severe harassment, including sexual harassment, and deliberate misleading of citizens and partners.

You can submit information to the whistleblower scheme without disclosing your identity. You can, among other things, use the digital solution via the link to the portal below. If you wish to remain anonymous, you must ensure that you do not provide your name or other personally identifiable information such as address or telephone number – this also applies to any attached documents.

If you wish to remain anonymous, you should also be aware that when uploading files, including documents, videos, photos, etc., you do not unintentionally disclose information that could reveal your identity.

If you submit information to the whistleblower scheme from a computer on the Danish Geodata Agency’s network, or via the link to the scheme on the agency’s website, this may be logged as part of the general logging of user activity on the Danish Geodata Agency’s network. This can be avoided by entering the web address (https://wb.kefm.dk) in a browser on a private or public computer that is not connected to the Danish Geodata Agency’s network.

Your inquiry will be handled by the legal staff within the staff functions. When you submit information, we will review it as soon as possible during normal office hours.

We may need to ask you questions to ensure that the case is sufficiently clarified to allow it to be processed. If you have submitted information without providing your identity or contact details, we can only communicate with you via the digital solution. Therefore, it is important that you follow the case by regularly logging in and responding to any questions from us.
